Although I haven't visited FallingWater, it looks like such beauty . . . FLW had a vision and style like no other. I lived not far from Taliesin and have visited there many times.

The Inn you stayed in looks wonderful . . . and a quiet moment at day end with the one you love, perfect!

Sooo exciting! I Love Fallingwater! Yes, it is magical. My sister just bought a cabin home up in the Laurel Mountains and went to see it in July. Drove right by the Summit Inn and remembered having lunch there a few years ago. Such a pretty place and the view over the valley below is awesome!

Did you get to go to Ohiopyle state park while you were there? One of my fave spots in the area.

What a wonderful post! This is one of my husband's "bucket list" items and now you've kind of laid out the trip for us. Many thanks and I'm going to try and surprise him with this trip - maybe for his next birthday. So glad to hear you all enjoyed your visit and to see the wonderful place you stayed. You and your Kate have such a wonderful way of writing and describing your adventures!
