The dawn of a new life chapter.
My youngest preparing to receive his college diploma yesterday |
The architectural style seen at around so many of Virginia's college campuses. |
I arrived home from the days wonderful festivities to this.
Baby birds now all off on their own.
Already.
How fitting.

Awwww . . . congrat's to your handsome son and the "fly away's" too!
Just as the nest empties one come home, bet this one makes more mess. Congratulations to Tommy, the world awaits
Congrats to your oldest! Baby birds fly away, but our babies fly away and come back!
What a handsome graduate your have. You have to love that big smile. I had mixed emotions when my children graduated. I knew they really were going to leave the nest soon for good.
Isn't it amazing how one day the nest can be full of baby birds and then all of a sudden they are gone? Same thing seems to happen to our children, doesn't it? Congratulations to your son, What an accomplishment. I am your newest follower.

Indeed! How fitting that your youngest graduated from college the same day the baby birds left their nest. BIG HUG to you Joan and congratulations Mom. I can't wait to meet you in person. BTW, your first photo is spectacular! I love the composition and the colors.
