Love that photo of sheep and cattle. The lacy pattern you are knitting looks complicated but will be beautiful when finished. Do you spin wool from the sheep?

lovely to find your sweet blog via Good Fences link up! Pastoral scenes like those you enjoy everyday are my favourites and I would love to cuddle one of those wee sheep!
your knitting looks divine - might it be a christening shawl? It's gorgeous!

I love the view of the sheep and cattle and the fence itself. It is a nicely built fence. The sheep can't escape because of the mesh.
Have a Beautiful Day!
Peace :)

They're nice peaceful scenes Joan. Lucky you with views like that.
You asked what I'm knitting, nothing very exciting I'm afraid, a snood. It doesn't look like the one on the pattern but it still looks okay, so that's all I want. I don't know what I am doing wrong but it just turning out differently. It will still do the job.

Just spent some time tooling around your blog. I love it. Great writing, good pictures. I, too, am the mother of boys. I did not luck out and get a girl to temper all of that energy, but no matter, the boys are my jewels. But, sheesh, I think I already said it. ALL THAT ENERGY! and silliness. Thanks for sharing what you've learned.
