A few long completed Finished Objects to share:
A chevron blanket made for this little one's shower. We didn't know that he was a he, but I new I could not go wrong with these colors as they are DIL Fifi's favorites.
Hi Tucker. Marme Loves you. |
And while that easy on-the-go-knit-without-thinking blanket was in the works, I was working on this during the quiet-need-to-concentrate moments:
A Christening shawl for my son's son.
Tucker's special day has not yet happened, but he has been practicing.

And now we wait for this blanket to have a wee one snuggled in it...
Any day now my Kate and her family will welcome baby Four.

What lucky babes. Beautiful shawl and blanket :) My mother used to knit shawls for the babies but hasn't done so for many years now.
