Lots Done

December had been a busy month of secret projects.

Hats,

a sweater for my Kate,

socks,

and a quilt for my youngest made from an assortment of favorite T-shirts and mementos.

All were happy with their gifts.
But I was the happiest of all.

I had the gift of all my Loves being home.

Oh you have been a busy bee! They are such lovely creations. I think I need to learn this craft to keep my hands busy, because I can't do anything else since the fall. Any ideas where I can learn how? Thanks for sharing! Have a great weekend...Huge, Loretta

OMGoodness....This is one small world. Because of Barn Charm I started reading gown your past posts and discovered you, too, are an OCD knitter of socks and hats...me too, You made a tShirt/Sweatshirt quilt and I have already made 2 of them. Geee, the grand boys love them. And your sweater...I have knitted them for everyone but me, but not any more. They just take too long. And now we get to Virginia. We live in Lexington...have been here 33 years. Where are you? I adore the photos of your grand boys. They are precious. Isn’t it GREAT being a grandmother? genie
