I would say it is definitely worth restoration and the scenery around it is lovely.Looks like a deserted stagecoach town. I missed that naughty sheep and the fencing. I could not believe what I was seeing when I drove up to that complex. IT IS GORGEOUS. The barn looks like the upper part has been made into a loft. Just a stone's throw from the school.

THAT is one gorgeous house, it would take a fortune, but would be worth every penny to restore to its former glory...
