A Walk out the Back Gate

I took my mother on a walk.

She has lived here for six moths now,

but had never ventured this way.

"Don't forget to stop...and look closely," I said to her.
There is so much to notice.

We both enjoyed the time well spent.

Ma and her pretty roadside bouquet.

Have fun where ever you walk today,
~Joan

She looks so pleased to have walked with you and picked some wild flowers, perhaps she will do it again even without you.

Well, I messed up my last comment :( Anyway, these are stunning Blue Ridge images! At first I thought the pink flowers were sweet peas but looking closer I see I was mistaken...still gorgeous no matter what. Sweet pic of your mom too!
