The Calm After the Storm

The setting full moon early this morning above the two feet plus of snow that Mother Nature gave to us.

No matter what the season or the weather, this view from my kitchen sink window makes me smile.

Hope all are well with you and yours no matter what you woke up to.

Looks so beautiful, though I guess it won't be such fun to get around. Keep warm and safe x

Joan...It was as pretty at your place as it was at ours today. Buddy and I finally got out and to town this afternoon, and I made him stop so I could take pictures of my favorite tree standing there in the white snow with a canvas of bright cloudless blue above. It was really pretty. Can’t wait to post it. I see you captured nice shadows, too. The snow really does lend itself well to the creation of shadows. I am really impressed with the setting moon you captured this morning. Kudos to you, my friend.

Your captures are beautiful and if you're like me you ready to get out and back to normal. It was so gorgeous today when the sun came out and brightened everything up...
