Just a wee bit of time for knitting lately.
{yes, it's a tease photo...stay tuned}
But it's nice to have a little yarn help.
I did manage to finish my Kate's tunic in time for her return to Monterey.
{ which is coming up way too soon}
{The pattern is from the Cocoon Collection as is the yarn}
And..perhaps the age of 1 is just a bit too young to learn to use a spindle.

yeah, i bet your helpers are a LOT of help. :)
Bennett is just thinking to himself, "No, seriously, I've got this... First comes walking, then comes spindles..."
At least I think that's how it goes :)
Ooohh . . . love that Fair Isle look . . . and wish I could squeeze that little tow head!
oooh, which photo do I love the most?
The teaser photo is gorgeous. I love the colors.
The sweater is fantastic.
The future spinner...priceless!
Ok, the neck treatment on that sweater is just gorgeous. What a great gift.
And that little towhead at the end - what a cutie in his orange stripes!
Your little helper is adorable and that sweater is beautiful....love the color.
I love the yarn colors in your first shot! I also love the old sewing machine in the background of the last shot!! Love the grandson shots...precious!!
Whatever you're knitting looks very interesting.
I think the exposure to spinning at age one guarantees a grown up fiber fan later on!! :)
Wow, I like your work! Knitting is fun but I can't only knit sumple things. Cute picture, the white-hair child and the spindle.
Super gift and I really like the teaser...you tease. Come and share you talent on Saturday and Sunday Sharing. I know my readers would love to see them.

The colours in the yard in the first shot are really lovely - I wonder what you are knitting.
I really like the jumper you knitted too.
I used to knit quite a lot but haven't done it for years.
Your knitting is beautiful. I used to knit all the time (night duty nursing) and really enjoyed it. Don't know why I stopped! Love the colours in the first image.
My goodness, Joan, you are such a talented knitter! Both projects are amazing.
And your little helper is adorable. :)
That colorwork piece is very nice. Can't wait to see it laid out. It's great to have little helpers around sometimes. They're adorable.
